My parents were teachers and hippies on a mission, and decided to take me at 6 weeks old to China during the mid 80s with my two older brothers.
After two years of teaching, we got kicked out during Tiananmen Square.
We then spent the rest of my formative years in Taiwan, before I headed off to Hawaii and Vanuatu for my own mission adventures, eventually settling at University of North Texas for college.
My first and only profession the last 14 years, has been focused on finding and keeping the best talent in emerging tech, for teams of all sizes, across the world.
My passion is helping good teams become great, by helping hidden talent realize their worth and actualize their value.
Besides keeping my two young kids and wife happy, headhunting is my fund raising tool for passion projects around the world.
